Yes, Butterfly World is fully accessible for wheelchair users.

3. Can I bring my dog?
Only guide or assistance dogs are allowed inside Butterfly World.

4. Is there a café on-site?
While we don’t have a café on-site, there is a café nearby in Preston Park, just a short walk away.

5. Do you offer discounts for carers?
Yes, disabled visitors can bring one carer for free. Additional carers will be charged at the concession rate of £4.

Park Grounds

Everyone is welcome to explore the beautiful park grounds. If you're spending the day here, feel free to bring your group back in small clusters throughout the day to enjoy all that Butterfly World and its surroundings have to offer.

Lunch Areas

While we do not have lunch facilities inside Butterfly World, there are picnic benches located in the park grounds for your convenience.

Toilets

Due to our small venue size, we unfortunately do not have toilet facilities inside Butterfly World. We recommend that all visitors use the toilets in the park grounds, conveniently situated next to the park café, before your visit. Should you need to step out, you are welcome to re-enter as needed.
